2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from jlkk or from any other gaming platform under a mutual exclusion arrangement are not eligible to register or maintain a jlkk account during the exclusion period.
2.5 jlkk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements, with or without prior notice.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jlkk account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the jlkk registration process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jlkk is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlkk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlkk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jlkk may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination. jlkk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlkk wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. jlkk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking networks.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jlkk within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically received within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. jlkk reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. jlkk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jlkk complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. jlkk reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
5.1 jlkk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jlkk reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if jlkk determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.
5.4 jlkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
6.1 All games available on jlkk are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlkk reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's jlkk wallet. jlkk is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. jlkk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on obvious pricing errors, or bets that jlkk has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith.
6.4 Winnings. Winnings will be credited to your jlkk wallet upon settlement of the relevant game or event. jlkk's decision on the settlement of all bets and games is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.
7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jlkk platform:
7.2 Any breach of this Section 7 may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the jlkk platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jlkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlkk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlkk content.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of jlkk's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlkk platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 jlkk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlkk platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlkk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jlkk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the jlkk platform at your own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlkk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 jlkk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlkk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 jlkk implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jlkk cannot guarantee absolute data security.
10.3 jlkk will not sell your personal data to third parties. jlkk may share your data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, you must submit a formal complaint to jlkk's customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. jlkk will investigate and respond within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlkk's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
